Chilley Mashroom
Ingredients:Button mashrooms,Onions(cut into squarShapes),capcicum,green chilley (cut into pcs),garlic(chopped),soya sauce,tomato sauce,ajinamato,sweet/honey to taste,salt
Method: First of all marrinate the mashrooms with vineagur and salt for 1 Hr.fry it.You can also fry it with eggs to make it a little bit crunchy.In a pan hot some white oil.fry the garlic,chilley,onions and capcicum one by one.Then add the mashrooms.Make a thick gravy with soya sauce and tomato sauce.Add salt ,sweet,black pepper and ajinamato to taste.serve with butter paratha or garlic Rice.

Lemon and Honey Chicken
Ingredients: Chicken(sliced),Lemon juice,salt,capcicum,ginger(julian cut),onion,black pepper,white sessme seeds(roasted),honey,ajinamato(to add taste),soya sause,finely chopped onion leaves
Methods: marrinate chicken with soya sause,salt and ajina mato and egg white.Fry those chickens in white oil.
In a pan give some white oil.give ginger first,then add chopped onions and fry it,similarly saute the square cut capsicums and mix the chopped onion grass onions and fry and mix soya sause,salt to taste,black pepper to taste,add chickens,give some water or chicken stalk.add lemon juice and honey. Add some water and leave it for a few minutes.When the preparation will be ready,add some roasted white sesame seeds and serve with lemon rings

Indian Veg Receipie
Shahi Paneer(In my Style)
At first marinate the paneer with a little bit of salt, black pepper and lime juice for 15 Minutes.Shallow fry those with ghee or white oil .Then in a frying pan give some 2 tablespoon of ghee or white oil.Give one bay leaf.Add some grated onion and fry until it becomes brown.then add garlic and green chilly paste.when the smell comes, mix the paneer .add salt and sugar to taste.In a mixer mix kaju,magaj,raisins and a little amount of poppy seeds.add the paste after frying it for 2-3 minutes.Add the mixture to the curry.add a pinch of garam mashala.when the gravy will be thick,off the gas and add a teaspoon of ghee over it.serve hot.
It is best to eat with Paratha or Kulcha
