Indian Veg Receipie

Shahi Paneer(In my Style)

Ingrediants: Paneer or cottage cheese (pieced into cubes)- 250 gm, green chilly,garlic-around 7-8 pc,salt, sugar,garam mashala, Bay leaf-1,Lime juice,Onion
For thick gravy,kaju,poppy seeds,Magaj,Raisins
 Method: 
At first marinate the paneer with a little bit of salt, black pepper and lime juice for 15 Minutes.Shallow fry those with ghee or white oil .Then in a frying pan give some 2 tablespoon of ghee or white oil.Give one bay leaf.Add some grated onion and fry until it becomes brown.then add garlic and green chilly paste.when the smell comes, mix the paneer .add salt and sugar to taste.In a mixer mix kaju,magaj,raisins and a little amount of poppy seeds.add the paste after frying it for 2-3 minutes.Add the mixture to the  curry.add a pinch of garam mashala.when the gravy will be thick,off the gas and add a teaspoon of ghee over it.serve hot.

 It is best to eat with Paratha or Kulcha
